Caribbean Bush and Primitive Living Skills Workshop

The 3rd annual Bushskills will feature 4 days of hands-on learning about original lifeways with nature. In four days learn useful skills starting with a foundation in basic survival to how to feast using all natural and primitive methods.
DAY 1 - Survival: The basics of tropical living -fire, shelter, water, fibers
DAY 2 - Tracking and Awareness: The functional art of blending with nature for heightened sense of being
DAY 3 - Plants: Medicines, herbalism, crafts, and food
DAY 4 - Food Day: How to grow and prepare an all-natural island feast

$295. Program fee includes: all accommodations, meals, in-country transportation, and island excursions. It does not include international airfare or personal spending money.

Program Details:

Accommodations

All accommodations are included in the program fee. Accommodations are located on the Farm and are simple cabana bunk houses. Each bunk house comes equip with electricity, internet, and a fan. Students must bring their own sheets and pillows. The Farm has composting toilets near the bunk houses and a full bathhouse near the community center with passive solar showers and flushing toilets.

Transportation

All program related in-country transportation is included in the program fee.

All excursions are included in the program fee.
